I took my focus in for some recall service work and John was awesome. He kept in contact with me through all the repair work and took great care of me. A week later I decided to go look at new cars and was helped by Zach who was also awesome. Super friendly, not pushy, and made me feel very comfortable through the whole experience. Had an amazing experience here with Bill Howell. These guys took care of me and for sure don't try to mislead you. Straight forward and to the point with some laughs along the way. Craig made the process easy and pleasant. Very happy with my new truck and the way i was treated.
My initial call was handle very well. I explained what services I needed. In turn, I was told the details of cost and time and what to expect. I received a call that work was done sooner than I expected. Totally pleased with service. Everyone friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is not the first time I have work done here. Will return.
Very unprofessional when Salesman can text customers threatening them. I'm disgusted.... steer clear of Maxwell Ford.
