Loyal customer, love Maxwell Ford. I have purchased my my last 3 trucks from them and get all my regularly scheduled maintenance done there. I have never had a bad experience and will be a lifer at Maxwell.
The first time I bought a car there in 2014 was a good experience but every time after has been terrible. Everything takes an extremely long time. The salesman I’ve worked with are very nice but everything after picking out the car isn’t in their control. I don’t plan to use a Ford dealer again and I regret getting my newest vehicle there.
Luis was very communicative and pleasant; he gave me the cost breakdown and helped me decide what was best from a variety of options; he warned me about one problem that they may have not fixed simply by turning off warning light; he advised me to come back in and checked my warranty if the warning light came back on; and it did; I will make another appointment but not upset as he warned me about it. I always get good service; the one time the oil was not changed, ford made sure that everything got done on car.
We had the best experience ever! We were looking into trading in my fiances truck on something more family friendly and we went to the Ford where I live in Killeen only to be met by someone who kept reminding us that he will not get commission on our sale and kept ignoring us when we said we just wanted to find out more information on what we might get for our truck and what we can afford in our budget. He made us feel stupid and told us there wasn't much in the way of SUVs in our budget and started pressing us to buy a chea... read more
