I called Maxwell Ford today around 2pm to see about making an appointment to have my new Ford Explorer’s oil changed. I spoke with John Sullivan and he said to bring it in now, that they were experiencing a lull in business, and they could service my vehicle promptly. True to His Word, I was in and out before I could finish a chapter in my Good Book. Thanks John Sullivan and Maxwell Ford you just gave me more time to spend with my family.
I got my truck after working with David Terrell. He was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had during the process!
My car was fixed with all issues taken care of. The person who checked me in was Anthony. He did check in with me a couple of times, but mostly after I had tried to call him (many times) and track him down to find out about the status of my car. In the end I talked to 2 different people to find out that it looked like my car was fixed. When I came to get it another person helped me with the check out process. I left the airport and on my way home when my car overheated. The Radiator overflow box had a huge crack in it. I arrived at the dealership at 4:18. By 4:30 The Service Advisor was on the phone with my warranty company, got my car to a mechanic and I left at 6. He jumped through hoops to make sure I left with my car tonight as I had to be in San Antonio tonight. What a great experience and AMAZING service. Won my business for everything!
