I couldn't be happier with our sales guy Danny! He was straight forward and worked hard to get us into the perfect truck for our lifestyle. Our friend also bought a truck with Danny and had a similar experience. The Maxwell team is always friendly and attentive. I would recommend Danny and Maxwell Ford to anyone looking to buy a a good-looking, quality vehicle at a reasonable price.

Service Personnel were adequate in their are engagement. Went in for service left with a flat tire. They're saving grace is that they replaced it for free. But they didn't manage to lock down my spare once they replace the front tire appropriately. Not really planning on going back anytime soon to the same vendor location. Likely go to another Ford dealership for oil changes.
I purchased my vehicle from Alex Smotherman. He was friendly, patient with all my questions, and very flexible with everything I needed in order to purchase a vehicle. I also felt he was honest and open. The Ford service station is something to be desired, but once Alex was notified about the work needed on my car he took over the repairs and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. He definitely cares about his customers. Look for him when buying a vehicle!
My car buying experience here was ok. It was over a year and a half ago and I still appreciate how the salesman worked with me and how polite he was. NOW for the negative. On February 19th 2017 I had my check engine come on so I stopped by Autozone to get it read and they told me what was wrong . I called Maxwell the next day to see how much the part would cost and how much for them to install it.
