Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Bought a car from them. Then two weeks later check engine light came on. Took in to have them service to be refused service. Had a fight to get them to back what they sell. Did I get a lemon? Then when they finally agree to take care of. I need a ride home. Their driver was very rude and stated I don't drive north. As a woman, I dread dealing with a car dealership because and I always feel like I'm getting less than sub par service. I brought my 2009 Ford Escape, which I purchased from Ford Maxwell in 2009, in for a "customer satisfaction program" replacement on the ETB. I called ahead a spoke with a gentleman who told went through the steps with me and made an appointment for me, that same day. The salesman, Aaron Camargo, was patient, knowledgeable and calm. That helps with the process. He did a good job citing the features of the car I purchased, a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I also liked the way the financial rep, Frank Covington, handled my paperwork and the explanation of the way the warranties worked and what the interest and payment schedule would be. A good experience with Maxwell Ford.
Not concerned about the customer and their needs. Took five days after I was told to bring it 8am. Had to rent a car, didn't offer a loaner. Had to sit 3 hours waiting for my truck when I was told I could come at 4 and it would be ready. Absolutely the worst customer appreciation and service. No discount for being screwed over for 5 days of sorry we didn't get to it today.
Jeffrey Lynch did a great job getting me into a new Mustang. Great place to shop. Been getting my Fords there for over 20 years.
I will never return here for service or sales. Today, I tried to bring in my 2013 Ford Focus ST for service (my car has a recalled part, and after some repairs made at this dealership to my steering assembly in December, my steering has been stiff and clicking). My husband and I received amazing customer service from our Sales Person Manuel Rodriguez. We went to Maxwell Ford looking for a truck. As soon as we met Manuel, we immediately felt comfortable with him. We went to several dealerships in the greater Austin area, and could have purchased a truck from any dealership in Austin, but we chose Maxwell Ford due to Manuel. Giving the parts counter a generous 2 Star. They are rude. I could hear there conversation over the phone and they never picked up line. Then the cocky attitude when I called back. I called Sames Ford in Bastrop, Texas. Super nice. Will be my go to parts and purchase.
Meredith Robinson sold me a transit connect and she was so patience with me and was so helpful I would recommend that you come and buy a car or truck from her
