Maxwell Ford is responsible for my worst service experience ever. We were out of town when our check engine light come on. Maxwell Ford was the closest dealership to our destination so we stopped in and they checked the code...there was one code. After having it for two days we picked it up with 4 new codes, drove two exits up the road and had to have it towed because it stalled and would not start again. $600 later they returned our car with 9 new codes in total with more problems than before and someone stole my cell phone... read more

Seriously? "You" value "our" time?????? You had our car for 3 weeks to the day without even looking at it for the 1st week Then you misdiagnosed the problem 3 different times before actually replacing the transmission. There's no possible way it should have taken that long. And all the while we were renting a car from Hertz car rental "convieniently" located on your lot, which tells me there's a kickback there as well. My husband has terminal cancer and you all knew that in advance and even promised to work with him. So........ read more

I recently traded in my vehicle with Sergey at Maxwell Ford. He was very friendly and comfortable to work with... not at all pushy. I had been to several other dealerships and done a lot of research online before I stopped in at Maxwell Ford. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when Sergey presented me with a fair starting offer right away. It took them f full 7 days just to run the diagnostic on my 2014 Escape Titanium....then when the technician had it in he couldn't figure out how to get the fuel pump out to replace it...and he broke a hose and a clamp holding it on.....still waiting on it to be finished and it's day 8 �

John Jones was super helpful from the moment I called!! Before we were there he had the car I was looking at pulled up to the front waiting for me.
