Just bought my second truck from Maxwell in 4 years. This is not the same Maxwell Ford as 4 years ago. Do NOT trust them. Somehow, between the salesman and the finance guy, $7500 of options were added to my contract without my permission or any discussion. And since when is an option mandatory? That is right. It appears you cannot buy a new truck without paying $1600 for the "optional" Duraliner for the truck bed. All I can say is take the time to review every single line of your sales contract. I bought my last vehicle there off the showroom floor 4 years ago and the experience was so pleasant I went back to purchase another vehicle. Our saleswoman yesterday was awesome, but when it came finance time the finance guy tried to fist my anus with no lube and lowball me on the trade-in. She tried so hard, but he was being a total jerk. I have always been a loyal purchaser. Ask Bessie at Pursch Motors in Pleasanton, I bought 5 from her. I'll be calling her up and driving down there to give her my business again.
I love this dealership. Aaron Camargo helped us a great deal and answered all our questions . Being a first time buyer I was pretty tensed but I'm glad I made the decision to come here. I would definitely suggest coming here not only for the great deals but also for the amazing customer service!
