My husband and I just had a wonderful car buying experience and and got a great deal here. We especially liked working with John Jones as our salesman. He was spot on! If anybody is interested in buying a new ford go to Maxwell and ask for John Jones!
I recently bought a dodge avenger from here(my first car ever) before going I saw the vehicle online & knew that it was the car that I wanted. As soon as I arrived I was approached by Sergey. My husband and I had a great experience working with Sergey. He was patient showing us all our options and was not pushy at all. Overall we are satisfied with our experience at Maxwell Ford.
So we started out with a bad experience here at Maxwell Ford due to a Salesman (Mark G) being everything but professional and respectful towards us as potential buyers. However the only positive thing he did was get us connected with Aaron. He was the sales rep that finalized our deal and did a great job doing it. Aaron was calm/collected and he did a great job of pacifying the situation with the first salesman we had to deal with. I had an appraisal done on my vehicle the guy was arrogant and rude. He told me the Offer was for that moment even though his paper said differently. When i asked him why he was saying one thing when the paper said another. He response was do you want the offer yes or no. I told him I would think about it,he told me my car wasnt worth what I wanted and he's dealership was the best offer I was gonna get so take it or leave.
