After moving to Austin from the DFW area where I bought my first Ford, I knew I was going to need a dealership here in town. Spoiler alert, Maxwell Ford won't be it. Started experiencing really strange transmission problems, check engine light came on at 49k miles. After pulling the code and doing some research online this is a fairly common thing that happens I guess. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this dealership yesterday, walked the lot for 10 minutes very close to the building and not a single person acknowledged my presence. Today, just now, I went back with my husband and went inside. Same thing. Receptionist and a few salesman saw us, yet said nothing. I have to buy a new car in the next few weeks. Guess it won't be a Ford. At least not from Maxwell.

Went to drop my car off my car this mornig.. They told me on the phone they would keep it over night and I'd have it the next day. Today they said it will take them at least a week to even LOOK at my car. In the mean time, rather than providing me with a courtesy loaner like my old dealership, they're making me pay for a rental each day they keep my car and do nothing with it... My car is still under warranty.
Love this place! Sergei was so nice in helping us pick out the perfect truck! A+++ service and experience!!!
