It's too bad Ford Motor Company doesn't allow Maxwell Ford to post ACTUAL PRICES of trucks for sale. I was really interested in a specific truck, only to learn the price on the Internet (with pictures of the specific truck) was about $30K too low. Shame on you! #deceptivepricing #lostagoodcustomer
I've never seen or heard of a service center with this level of poor service. They have less respect for my wife's time than they do for their own brand. And friends, that's saying something. We will absolutely be finding a service center with respect for her time and an appreciation for our business. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else; hopefully to a place that has respect for its patrons.

By far the worst dealership I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. Extremely rude if you tell them you need to think about your purchase. Very uncomfortable. And on top of that, I have owned a bunch of cars.....never been to a more horrible service center in my life. They are idiots. They need to just wipe the whole department and start from scratch. Had a great experience with Serhiy in sales, negotiations went smooth and a great deal for two vehicles was made! The actual finalization in the end was a lengthy process, I would recommend Serhiy to others, he will go the extra mile to make the sale!
