I can't say enough about the experience that my family and I received from Maxwell Ford. Jeff Lynch was our sales rep and took care of us through 2 sales within 2 weeks, when the original purchase fell through. He went above and beyond for our car that we purchased for our daughter as her first car! Jeff was polite, understanding and patient!! The dealership as a whole turned out to be a great dealership. I would give 5 stars, but I had to take 1 away due to a bad apple. Keep reading for more detail. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted and received terrible service from a woman named Meredith, who belittled me and asked why I even came into the dealership if I wasn't able to pay the full asking price on the used car.
