I originally had left a 5 star review and as I'm waiting on my first service and reminded of the customer service of maxwell, I felt I needed to update my original review. My original 5 star review was left while the sales associate was breathing down my neck pressuring me to leave a 5 star review. Reality is they don't care about the customers. Had Sergey help buy my very first car. I was probably one of the most difficult customers to deal with deciding if I wanted to lease or buy. But he was able to help me with everything! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I can't say enough about the experience that my family and I received from Maxwell Ford. Jeff Lynch was our sales rep and took care of us through 2 sales within 2 weeks, when the original purchase fell through. He went above and beyond for our car that we purchased for our daughter as her first car! Jeff was polite, understanding and patient!! PHENOMENAL, PHENOMENAL, PHENOMENAL!!!! I can't even begin to say enough, Rob Galvan was beyond professional, went way above even my wildest thoughts, Griffith Ford lost customers big time, we went in with our son's 2006 F250 that he purchased in California when he got stationed there and they screwed him big time, he was sooo upside down it wasn't funny, Griffith Ford told us no way, Rob and Maxwell Ford figured it out and our payment from what our son was paying to our new one only went up slightly and within my range!!! The dealership as a whole turned out to be a great dealership. I would give 5 stars, but I had to take 1 away due to a bad apple. Keep reading for more detail. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted and received terrible service from a woman named Meredith, who belittled me and asked why I even came into the dealership if I wasn't able to pay the full asking price on the used car.
