DO NOT buy a car or truck from this dealership. I came in on an internet special and looked at each disclaimer and trim requirements and they would still not honor their advertised rebates. Friendly enough sales staff but very inauthentic business practices. Additional notes as they will try to talk circles around the subject. There were (16) rebates listed on their website avail for a F150 after checking the disclaimer and trim requirements.. There is no reason it wouldn't qualify. Very shady.

I bought an 04 Nissan Titan from them a little under 30 days ago. 1 week ago I started having a grinding noise on the front right of the truck. I took it to a mechanic who stated it needs brake pads, calipers, rotors, and new hub bearings. 1500 dollars worth of work!!! I took it back to the dealership and they said they would inspect it. After waiting for over 5 hours with little to no discussion of what they plan to do to fix it, they give me a loaner and tell me to come back tomorrow. My daughter & I were out at Maxwell Ford on South IH35 on Friday evening looking for her first car. We found a honda accord online so that's what we were looking for. Soon as we arrived a sales associate named Tyler James approach us to help in our search and when we told him about the car we found online he took us right to it & took very good care of us from that point on. Yesterday was not our first time at this Maxwell Ford and will definately not be the last. Everytime we have come here we are treated with respect. Everyone is very friendly, professional and really tries their best to help you out. We would like to give a big thanks to Rob Galvan for helping us yesterday get into something we love and something that was alot more feasible finanically. We were treated like human beings and not just another sale. So kuddos to Rob and Howard, we look forward to doing business with you again.

Our sales person, Jeff Lynch, knocked it out of the park! He was upfront, honest, and VERY helpful. It turns out our trade-in had some drama from the previous owner which we didn't know about. Jeff not only helped us get out of the trade-in, he also got us into a brand new car for an amazing price (which is why we came in in the first place). If you're an online shopper before you go in and kick the tires, definitely ask for Jeff. We'll be back to get our next car from Maxwell Ford and Jeff in the future! 100% recommended!

Rob G. far exceeded my expectations! I've purchased a dozen vehicles in my lifetime and he was by far the best sales rep we've encountered. Very genuine, and kept his word in all aspect of the sales transaction. I highly recommend him and he has loyal, repeat buyers in us from here on out.
