Sergey was extremely helpful and flexible. He really seem to take my interests seriously and was VERY accommodating. I really felt like he was on my side. Highly recommend him if you are in the market for a truck!
I worked with Sergey at the new car sales department. He helped me test drive the car I was looking for and didn't pressure me on buying it there and then. When I was ready to buy the car at the end of the day, I called Sergey again and gave him my offer on the phone. We bought my daughter a focus hatchback from maxwell. It was the worse car buying experience I've ever had. They sold us a car with a inspection sticker that they forgot to record so the state had no record and never sent us or registration sticker. We live in College Station and made 2 trips back to get this fix but the service dept had no idea about the problem. Kept sending us away. Feels like the transmission is slipping. We couldn't have been more impressed with Cynthia Reyna. She knew what we wanted and bent over backwards for us to get us a way better interest rate then what we had before. Maxwell Ford took my daughter's Ford Focus in for a transmission Recall issue, refused to give her a loaner while they had her car for 4 days. recall issue, yep. And when they returned it, the CV joint came off the very next day on the Front Wheel drive car, where they had just removed it to work on Transmission. They claim the joint failure was not related to their work. They are trying to distance themselves from their failure and not take accountability for their shoddy work. This is not how to do business.
DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE CENTER! Short Story: They returned my car with a broken axle! Long Story: I took my 2012 Ford Focus in for a recall issue involving a leaking clutch seal which was causing transmission issues. I brought the car in early Monday morning at which they tell me I need to leave my car for them to possibly look at it that week -\-\ and they don't provide a loaner vehicle for the week they have my car just sitting there.
