My mom is getting on in years and is sometimes confused easily. My parents have been buying cars from Clem at this dealership for close to 20 years. My dad is no longer with us. I do not recommend ford dealership at ALL to ANYONE. I bought a Ford Fiesta 2013. And I have had countless of problems since I got it! I have had at least 4 rental cars because of the SAME problem that they supposedly "fix" EVERY TIME I take it! David Vasket was the one assigned to my car last and seems like he did nothing but just get rid of the check engine light.. also every time i called to check the status of my car no one attended to me.. thanks for nothing!!

I had an initially rough experience with the service department, but was eventually resolved. It took a lot of following up with the service department, and they need to get tighter on the intake process. We had to explain to multiple people that there were four different issues with the car, which was frustrating. Our Escape has had a lot of problems over the past 14 months that we've owned it, and I don't anticipate we'll buy another SUV from Ford based on how this vehicle has performed. Do NOT BUY FROM MAXWELL FORD. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS. AFTER 30 YEARS OF LOYALTY TO FORD. 6 FORD'S IN 15 YEARS , 2 FROM MAXWELL THEY WOULDN'T FIGHT FOR ME OVER A $400.00 MIRROR ON A NEW 2015 FORD F150 THAT HAD A FACTORY DEFECT. I ASKED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES NICELY AND THEY IGNORED ME. I WAS GOING TO BUY A SHELBY T HIS SUMMER. NIW I'M LOOKING AT CAMARO'S AND LOOKING AT TRADING I'M MY F150 WITH ONLY 9200 MILES FOR A SILVERADO. Buyer beware or at least be aware... Your Service Center - Schedule an appt., "doesn't mean we'll have a bay available"..." I know it seems like we're Holding your car hostage". I brought in my 4 month old 2015 Mustang GT(purchased new at Maxwell Ford), it has ~3,500 miles on it due to getting a SES code P0454.
