The service here was outstanding. I'm only speaking on behalf of the one employee I dealt with (Serhyi). Offering phenomenal and professional service Serhyi went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure his customer was satisfied with the product of their choice. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle or service to go to him.
Had a great experience buying my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 recently. The salesman, Robert Galvan was one of the best I have had in over 40 years of buying automobiles. He was courteous and extremely patient as we negotiated on the price. When the deal was done, the truck was detailed and fueled and ready to go. I would recommend buying from Maxwell Ford and will be a future customer.
I am from out of state and wanted to buy a vehicle they had. After almost a week of talking and waiting with most the waiting being on the finance guy I finally headed down to get the pickup. Steve Jackson was my salesman and he was awesome even going out of his way to help at times. Now the finance guy is different story. Pretty dishonest guy.
