Just purchased a vehicle from Aaron at Maxwell Ford and he was very friendly, reasonable and fair. He understood all of my needs and explained/set up all the technology features in the vehicle for me. I ended up getting a great deal on a used 2016 Ford Explorer and a fair deal on my trade in. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the finance guy was not at all personable and it seemed like I was just a transaction to him. Just moved to Austin from Hawaii. My friend had just bought a new car from Jeffery Lynch and sent me to talk to him. He was a cool guy from the start. Showed me what I wanted, and helped me to get it that day. Braddah Jeff is good with me!!

This was my first vehicle ever purchased at Maxwell Ford and it will certainly not be the last. My salesman, Serhiy, was very professional. The Maxwell team went out of their way to find me the most savings possible and I left with a better deal than what I expected. If you want a great deal on a new vehicle Maxwell Ford is the place to go.

Service department reps need a lot more help. Service manager won't return calls Apparently appointments mean nothing. No loaner car programs either. Disappointed. Will be glad to drive further to Sammes or Covert for service in the future.

I would never shop at this dealer again! It took me over 4 hours to purchase a vehicle I was already leasing. They then offered me as a consolation a premium care plan at ONLY 30.00 a month. I was in such a hurry as my Dad was in the hospital that I took the plan. I was assured that I would get full refund if I changed my mind. I called there 3 days later to get a refund and no one returns my call. I had to finally go in and take care of it and I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get a refund. I had an excellent experience with John Jones as my salesperson. He was able to work a great deal for me without playing all the games that other dealerships normally play. Lauren, the finance manager was fantastic to work with as well. We had all of our paperwork done in a very timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience with Maxwell Ford.

Wade Pistole is a very unprofessional Internet Sales Manager. I called into the dealership to let them know I had not received my license plates yet(Vehicle Bought June 29th) thinking I would be told it would be a little bit more time but instead I was told the plates were sent out certified mail on 8/28 and that I was on my own to locate them at the post office.
