Thank you to John Jones for helping us for finding new vehicle and in a reasonable price for it.. we were in need of a vehicle after bad circumstances and he was able to help and fight for the price that we needed or close to... thumbs up Maxwell Ford for having a good customer service and having people that care about it

I used to swear by Maxwell Ford and I refused to buy a vehicle anywhere else but recently, I've had a pretty rude awakening in the form of their service department. We've used their service department before this while our Expedition was still under warranty and each time there were a few issues with things like communication and speed of service, but nothing big enough for me to swear off of them forever. Worst experience ever! Bait and switch! I found aRav4 on a website that fit our price and needs and selected the option to contact the dealer. Not more than 10 minutes later Jose responded that the vehicle was still available and quoted the same price as was on the website. 30 minutes later we show up at the dealer, ask for Jose and are told he's busy but would be free shortly. After looking for several weeks for a newer pre-owned vehicle, I found one I liked at Maxwell Ford. I went in, asked for an appraisal of my trade-in. Sure. While they are checking that, I go ahead and look at said newer car. I even test drive it (against my better judgement). If they don't offer enough, there is no reason to test drive. When we return from the test drive, I am told that they will NOT tell me the trade-in value until AFTER I purchase the newer vehicle; they don't do "free appraisals". Husband saw internet ad from Maxwell Ford. He called and confirmed with Mark G that the posted price was indeed the price for that particular vehicle. Mark G asked him 3 times if we had a trade in. Each time Mark G was told, no we had no trade in. We drove 40 minutes to test drive vehicle. We decided to buy the vehicle.
