Had a disappointing experience trying to buy a new Fusion Hybrid. Was working with Chris (I disremember his last name) who indicated the price ($22,982) was only after a trade in, since they'd be taking a loss on selling the car at that amount. Understandable, and I'd be willing to work with a dealership to ensure the salesman makes his commission and the dealership makes money on the sale. That was honestly the quickest car buying experience I've ever had! Very professional too!
Professional staff and a nice facility. I was impressed by the drive-up service. They came out to my vehicle and I didn't have to wait in a line. They were sensitive to the value of my time, and completed the service I needed. While waiting I received regular updates on progress.
Time to elaborate on my five star experience with Maxwell. Back in '12, I was shopping for my next Mustang. Test drove several from different Ford dealers here in Austin. Settled on Mac Haik, as I have a dear friend who has had nothing but good experience with them. Long story short, that was NOT the case for me.
