Had a WONDERFUL experience, everyone was very helpful, had a terrible experience at Dream Cars Austin, found my car advertised, took it home without problems. Not sure why the bad reviews, but I am NOT one of them!
WORST experience at a dealership ever!! Apparently having a 750+ credit score still requires a "deposit" before they submit your deal! The excuse they gave? "We get people buying from us all over the WORLD so we just want to make sure your serious" Please, I doubt anyone wants to deal with poor follow up and service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!

The service department is the saving grace of this dealership, specifically Jackie Wiora. She is by far the BEST service person I have ever dealt with. This includes BMW, Honda, and Benz service departments. I have had two vehicles serviced there since 2007 and there was only one issue I've ever had, and that was with the old management(the reason they got 4 stars instead of 5). Terrible. Going to find a different Ford. Someone offered me water and never brought it. Plus they came back with a ridiculous offer 3 times after trying to get me to sign a hand written piece of paper saying I would walk out with a car that day. Don't waste your time.
