I do agree that the amount of paperwork can seem to be a little much. I appreciate the feedback, but I did want to publicly state the reasoning for all of the paperwork is that HIPAA and Medicare require us to gather this information. Thank you for trusting us with your healthcare and for taking the time to share this comment.
Dr. Eidem is very knowledgeable and caring, the staff was very professional and friendly. The procedure went well, I was briefed after and they did a follow-up the next day to ensure everything went OK. I would recommend both Dr. Eidem and the personnel of Preston Crossing Endoscopy Center to anyone needing their specialty.
