Very kind, caring physician with an un-rushed atmosphere.
It was a great experience next thing I knew I was done and ready to go home. The whole staff is great and very caring. Next day I got a text asking if I was doing good with a phone number to call if I wasn’t the whole experience was great.
Everyone at Preston Crossing was as nice as I could ask for and it seemed like a happy place to work. Dr Eidem was very chipper for such an early morning appt. The anesthesiologist addressed several of my concerns and the post procedure recovery was just as efficient and quick as getting ready was. I will definately use Dr Eidem and Preston Crossing again.
I’ve been a surgery rep for 20 years and all I can say is extremely impressive!!! The staff were very friendly and warm and the atmosphere was comforting. To think after a few hours of a colonoscopy I was on conference calls is crazy. I have already told a few of my 50+ buddies to call and set up their prcoedures with you all. Thanks so much for your professionalism.

I have known Dr. Matthew Eidem for six years and he has performed many procedures on me including colonoscope, hemorrhoid removal etc. on me. He is kind, very thoughtful and no nonsense. He deserves to be one of the best gastroenterologists in Norther Texas. E. Yu
Great doctor and great staff. Very happy with the care my mother received from Dr. Eidem and his staff.
Appointment time was 8:30, in pre-op by 9:00, procedure started by 9:15. We left for home at 10:30. No complaints about the procedure. I wasn't expecting to leave until around 11:30, so it went faster than I expected.
