Colonoscopies are no fun but are much more tolerable when performed by a very competent doctor such as Dr Eidem. He has always demonstrated care and concern when I have had any questions. His office support (Laura) and his staff at Preston Endoscopy were friendly and efficient. I have had 2 colonoscopies performed by Dr Eidem and have not had any issues. Highly recommend Dr Eidem.

I'm a retired physician from Tucson and recently purchased a home in McKinney. I decided to consult Dr. Eidem regarding a colonoscopy based on his positive reviews and excellent video on bowel preparation for colonoscopy. After navigating the phone maze, I reached the voice message of the appointment scheduler. I left the requested information. Still no response after 3 days. Conclusion - If you're a patient of Dr. Eidem, you're likely receiving excellent care. If new patient look elsewhere

Five years ago Dr. Eidem performed my diagnostic procedure. When I needed this one, I returned to Dr. Eidem. Same professionalism, support staff, efficient facility, not disappointments. For me, it was very easy to schedule this diagnostic procedure appointment.
Dr. Eidem and his whole staff are good people. They were friendly and efficient. Aftewards you don't even know you just had a colonoscopy, except for that prep the night before.
I would recommend Dr Eidem to everyone! He is very professional as is his staff at the endoscopy center. My husband and I have been going to him for ten years.
Highly recommend Dr Eidem. Excellent physician, caring and always pleasant. Also great staff.
