The care is unbeatable and very thorough.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Eidem and his staff for the better part of a decade. He has a very friendly and calming style and takes as much time with you as needed to help you feel you’ve had all questions and concerns addressed. Obviously, seeing a gastroenterologist isn’t something you do unless there’s an issue or concern and Dr. Eidem and his staff always make it pleasant and professional. I’d highly recommended Dr. Eidem.
Friendly, put at ease and a professional practice in the West Plano neighborhood setting. So not going into a hospital for this screening procedure was a plus.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Eidem for years and we have been pleased thru each visit. He and the staff are wonderful to work with and we would like to recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Eidem is by far the best Gastroenterology physician I have ever had. He is totally concerned about the patient providing a thorough office visit in which he engages and answers any questions you may have. The procedures I have utilized Dr. Eidem for were thorough and without complications. I definitely recommend Dr. Eidem to anyone in need of a Gastroenterologist.

He was on time if not a little early and very professional. He answered all of our questions. He has a great support staff very friendly. We moved to the Athens area and will continue to make the drive to see him.
