I have used Dr Eidem for several abdominal issues. He is confident , but a down to earth demeanor. He has performed several procedures on me and has always made sure I was informed and comfortable. Basically a painless procedure with both colonoscopy and endoscopy. Don't procrastinate something you need done, especially when it's so easy to have addressed. Dr. Eidem will help make your office visit or treatment as comfortable as possible.
This is the first doctor who actually listens to your problems and has solutions that really help your issues. He is a caring and very genuine person, and all that comes thru when he speaks to you. He truly is of the best doctors we have had over the course of many years. He is thorough and very meticulous in all his tests and procedures. Truly the best.
Dr Eidem was highly recommended by my internist and surgeon. They were right to recommend him as he is an excellent doctor. He has brought me back to health when other doctors failed to diagnose my gastrointestinal problem. In addition ... his staff is right on target. From appointment beginning to end I felt well cared for. And, there's more ... the patient's time is taken into consideration. Amazing! Beyond pleased with Dr Eidem and his entire staff.
I did a lot of research to find the right gastroenterologist for me. It was time well spent. Professional and friendly staff from start to finish (scheduling the appointment, new patient welcome, intake, providing directions on how to prepare for procedures, explaining billing process, and returning phone calls). Consult with Dr. Eidem was flawless. Inspires trust; I’ll feel safe in his hands.
Dr Eidem performed my upper endoscopy. He and his staff were very professional and very pleasant. I actually had scheduled with another Dr in the practice, but Dr Eidem had an available time for my procedure so I scheduled with him. I met him before the procedure and found him to be very pleasant and instilled confidence in his abilities. Dr Eidem is a fantastic dr. No one wants to have some of these tests done, but Dr. Eidem’s personality puts you at ease. I do recommend him!!
