We did a cell phone appointment, with live picture because of the pandemic. This was just as thorough as an office visit. Dr. E listened closely and asked additional questions. He has a specific plan for my unique problem.
First time to use a televisit. Really appreciate not having to leave home during these crazy times.

It was wonderful and hassle free and everything was done ? on time as scheduled. Very caring staff at this facility! Nurse who did my IV I couldn’t believe it that I didn’t feel a thing! She thanked me for “bringing” a “good vein”. My last experience was terrible when a male nurse didn’t put the IV right and I was getting dehydrated and all the fluids were on the floor ... Especially liked my anesthesiologist she was a very nice lady and of course the doctor is simply THE BEST.
Dr Eidem was very nice and took the time to explain what was found in the esophagus. Set me up for colonoscopy and esophagus test.
Good Dr, nice and clean facility, people work there are friendly and helpful.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Eidem’s for a few years. He and his staff have always been friendly and professional in every way. He has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced with a doctor.

I've had several office visits and procedures completed with Dr. Eidem and I can't give him a high enough rating. Dr. Eidem does his job well, has excellent bedside manner and is just a pleasure to deal with. In addition, based on my interactions with his office staff, he's got very good judgment in terms of his staff because all of my dealings with any of his staff are similarly very cordial and professional. Like I said, I'd give him an 11 if I was not limited to the "1 to 10" scale !
