Dr. Eidem never makes me feel rushed during my appointments. He answers all of my questions thoroughly and makes sure that I understand my plan of care before leaving the office. He is willing to go above and beyond when I need a refill or anything else pertaining to my care. Everyone in this office is amazing...from the time I walk in until the time I leave!
I have been a patient of Doctor Eidem since 2013. I get a colonoscopy every three years and Dr Eidem has performed the last 3. I really like his demeanor and he has always taken his time to answer my questions completely. I highly recommend him.
Doctor Eidem was referred to us by our primary doctor whom we trust and respect, so I knew he would be reputable. He took the time to visit with our son and was kind and professional; sometimes a rare combo! I would absolutely recommend him.

I made a mistake on the previous review. I would highly recommend Dr. Eidem and his staff for the dreaded colonoscopy everything and everyone was very caring and kind. Made me feel at ease even though I truly didn't want to be there. But you have to do what you have to do.

He reviewed my hospital records and tests and offered appropriate items for my followup.
Dr. Eidem was very thorough about explaining my surgery and help calm my nerves.
