I have seen Dr. Eidem for over 10 years and really appreciate the time he takes with each visit. He is a great listener and gives a thorough explanation of findings and follow up information.
Dr. Eidem and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable with my esophageal issue. They informed me of every step they were taking and put me at ease through the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Eidem and his staff to treat any gastrointestinal issue.
Dr. Eidem is the best GI I ever been to. I suffered for years and went to multiple physicians and none of them could help me. Dr. Eidem was determined to help me and ultimately found the source of my pain. In the process, because he was diligent with his screening and took the extra time to biopsy several spots within my GI track, he discovered that I had stomach cancer. Because it was caught so early, it was only stage 1. I credit him for saving my life!

I had a visit at the new plano facility today and I was blown away. First off I am a healthcare professional and patient care is VERY important to me. The office was professional, prompt (I was in a room before my scheduled time), kind, informative and well structured. The true kindness I experienced from each person I came in contact with starting the the front desk was phenomenal! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! WAY TO GO DHAT!!!! Keep up the exceptional patient care!!!!
Dr. Eidem has been my physician since 2011. I highly recommend him to anyone having digestive problems. He listens, he cares and does an excellent job on any procedures that are necessary.
