Very professional, and easy to talk to.
I was very pleased with all aspects of my care. Dr. Eidem was very professional and knowledgeable; he took the time to thoroughly discuss my issues in advance and again at the time of my colonoscopy. The staff was also very friendly, empathetic and conducted themselves very professionally. I felt that I was in excellent hands throughout. He truly is the best doctor we have ever had. He has a wonderful way of putting you at ease, answering any questions you may have, but most important, he "listens" to you and really cares. We are well into our 70's, and have had many doctors of the years, and can honestly say, he is the BEST!!!!!
Dr. Eidem and his PA Debra Hudson are fantastic. I always feel like I am in the best hands. I highly recommend seeing either of them.
Dr Eidem and his staff are extremely personable. There was virtually no waiting time, the staff moved quickly and efficiently to prepare for the procedure, Dr. Eidem spent time with me explaining everything that was to be done, and we were out and on our way home in no time at all. He is the best and I highly recommend his practice.
