I've seen Dr. Eidem several times over the years for colonoscopies. I've always found him and his staff to be very helpful in setting up appointments, providing instructions, answering questions and working through the insurance/payment process which seems to get a little more complicated every year. The day of my procedures, Dr. Eidem explains the process, outcome and follow-up very thoroughly. He also maintains sense of humor which helps make a not so fun procedure a lot more tolerable.
Staff and Dr. friendly and courteous. Never feel rushed. Listens to your concerns.
Dr. Eidem is a very kind practitioner who listens. Unusual for today! He answers all your questions and provides feedback after tests on a timelt basis. I would highly recommend this doctor to any of my friends or family.
