He always listens and anser questions. He is friendly and doesn't rush through the appointment. Wait time in waiting room is under 10minutes. His staff is friendly and efficient.
This was my first visit with Dr. Eidem. He was recommended to me by my previous GI doctor, who retired. Dr. Eidem is also known to my primary care doctor, so he comes well-recommended. His medical assistant was very friendly and put me at ease. I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Eidem. He is conveniently located for me, which is an additional plus. I have recommended him to my husband and he's in the process of getting set up with Dr. Eidem!
I saw Dr. Eidem about a chronic GI issue. He was easy to talk to and I felt like he really listened and understood. Great bedside manner. Tests were very thorough and both colonoscopies he has performed on me went without a hitch. My wife and son have both seen him too. I can't recommend Dr. Eidem highly enough!

I saw Dr Eidem for abdominal pain. He and his staff were very professional. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I was nervous about the procedures. Dr Eidem was very nice. He put me at ease. I felt no pain during or after the procedures. I like that he came to talk to me after I was awake. I like that he gives you a folder about what they found and other information. Still waiting on biopsies. Overall a very good experience.
