Dr Eidem is an excellent medical professional. He explains procedures and outcomes in way that is clear to the patient. He appears genuine in his care for the patient's well being before and after the procedure. Follow-up from his office was timely to be sure I was not experiencing any issue or if I had any questions.
Dr Eidem has been my gastro doctor since we moved to Texas in 2010. He always listens to my concerns about my medical condition and I trust him completely. He also has a great staff.
Dr. Eidem has been my doctor for the better part of a decade and has seen me through my best and my worst. Always takes the time to explain any question I have. Never discounts any information I bring him, and always treats me in a timely fashion. Not to mention his staff is professional and truly cares for you as a patient. Just finished a colonoscopy with him and his staff and left with a full understanding of everything that happened and how to go forward. The only GI doctor I'll be going to ever.
Dr. Eidem and his entire staff are just the best. Called last year with a troubling problem,m Gina got me in that day, next day I was having an Endoscopy. Thank goodness, took out 500mls of Bile. This was after a week of emergency Gall Bladder surgery. The surgeon has told me to go home and take some Maalox. Thank goodness Dr Eidem listens, and hears what you are saying. Dr Eidem was very thorough in his discussion regarding issues. Office was clean and staff was easy to work. there was a little wait, but Dr Eidem immediately apologized for running a little behind.
Dr. Eidem considers the whole person and treats me as such, not just focusing on gastro parts. He is a good communicator, intelligent, knowledgeable in both his field and up-to-date on research about medications and interactions etc. He is personable and a good listener. He has taken care of me and my family for many years with good results. I leave his office knowing that I have received great medical care in a caring and pleasant manner. Wish I could say the same about all doctors.
Dr Eidem listened carefully to my questions and descriptions of how I had been feeling He helped me understand and how to treat my problem. He also wrote out by hand his prescription for how I should care for my problem so that I could be reminded of our visit.
Staff is always friendly, caring and knowledgeable
I have been a patient for at least 10 years and truly appreciate the staff and Dr. Eidem. His Staff is caring, empathetic, courteous as well as personable. They get to know the patients! Dr Eidem is personal, empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. He puts his patients at easy. I have been treated fir multiple issues and feel that this group addresses all my issues completely.
