I had to change my appointment from an office appointment to a tele-medicine appointment. I had foot surgery and could not be out and about. One call and it was changed.
This engagement with a doctor is as I remember and expect. I'm a senior and remember personalized medical care with a physician. Dr. Eidem and his staff performed brilliantly and, as I recall, before technology migrated from instruments to the medical patient relations.
Responsive office staff and good doctor
Going to the gastroenterologist for me usually means I have a problem. Dr. Eidem, Debra Hudson and the whole office make the whole process very doable. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant. Dr Eidem is always determined to get to the bottom of the problem. I always recommend Dr. Eidem to friends and family in need of a gastroenterologist.
My husband and I have been Dr Eidem's patients since we moved here several years ago. We have always been impressed by his respect for his staff which translates to kindness and excellent care for their patients Will we recommend them to our friends? You betcha!
