I’ve seen Dr. Eidem for years. He is kind and patient. He answers questions and discusses any concerns until he is confident that he has put my mind at ease. Their staff is prompt, thorough and friendly.
We did a televisit on the phone. That did not take away from the attention to detail and personable manner of Dr. Eidem. I did not feel rushed at all. He listened carefully and came up with a treatment plan. He explained what the expectations were, and took time to outline next steps in case this didn’t work. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Eidem has gone above and beyond to do everything in his power to help me when I needed it most. I recently moved to Dallas without having local doctors here. I am a new patient to him but he has treated me as he’s known me for years and really cares about me. I feel very blessed to have him in my corner and helping me achieve my goal to get healthy again. I would definitely recommend him to everybody. He’s the best!
