I ordered furniture in March of this year. I received the majority at the time they said. However I have a table I have been waiting on. It’s almost June and I still don’t have this table that goes with my other pieces of furniture. No one is communicating with me regarding the table. I keep calling and every time I do they give me a different date. If I had known it would take this long to get the table I would have chosen completely different furniture. I will never buy here again.
After spending more that $20,000.00 on furniture to decorate my new home I custom ordered a bench on 09072022 to match the bed. A bench arrived at my home 02132023 with the wrong material. I called Mathis Brothers for 2 and a half weeks straight trying to get a resolution to this wrong bench. I was made to feel as though I had no recourse but to accept the bench with wrong material. Ok second purchase we have made at Mathis Brothers. Purchase a Sunnydaze Powder-Coated Steel Hexagon Raised Garden Bed - 41 in from Mathis web site and the order was fulfilled by Sunnydaze . Opened the box started assembly and guess what OHHHH missing 1 piece a corner . Called Mathis and was told the guy that takes care of this is gone for the day will get back with me tomorrow ( today is 5/10/2023) . On 5/22/2022, I ordered two chairs, a loveseat ,a couch, a dining room tabletop and base, 8 chairs and a cabinet along with a furniture protection plan from Mathis Home in *****. On 5/27/2022 the two chairs and loveseat were delivered. The loveseat was damaged. Mathis Home agreed to take the loveseat back and bring a new one when they delivered the sofa. Extremely disappointed. My purchase arrived broken, not as shown on the floor in the store. They did agree to come replace the broken portion, which happened, but after the first night, we realized that there was no way this would work for us. Company "required" us to sleep on the horrible product for 30 days with a verbal statement of how the manager would want us to be happy and would work with us if the product didn't work. Furniture is overpriced and cheaply made! We have spent a lot of money in that store and it all seems to fall apart! Will honestly never go back!!

When issues arise, every manufacturer has warranties on their products. You can call **************** at ************ to determine if your items are still under warranty. Mathis brothers has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD !!! I have never met such RUDE And UNPROFESSIONAL people no one greeted upon entering, the store I brought a bedroom set on April 1- 2023 pick up the bed April 2- 2023 whenever I brought the bed home it didn’t have all the pieces I had to go up to the store 3 times and each, and every time they would forget more pieces. I didn’t come with instructions to put the bed together. It was the worst experience shopping for furniture! I<br /> <br /> <br />

They have come 4 times and delivered hte wrong items each time. My table was delivered without suction pieces to attach the glass top to the base. Then they sent pieces that were to small. Next they delivered a glass top without any plastic pieces. Each time I heard conflicting information from the delivery people and from customer service people. Each delivery meant waiting 2 hours and one delivery was 3 hours late, without any notification. I had to speak to numerous people about the situation and never knew exactly who wa... read more
They have delivered 2 unusable chairs. One chair, the delivery gentleman was so ashamed of he called and canceled the delivery with us. Today, I received a notice of Protectall, a contract I specifically declined.This message invites interpretations
