placed an order for a Canadel Dining Room set with 6 chairs, a Dinette set with 4 chairs and a set of bar stools November of 2021 thru Mathis **** in ****** , **********. I was given a delivery date of April 2021( which was a 22 week leadtime). They missed the April delivery, I was then promised the end of June, they missed that also. We shopped for furniture after a house fire and purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley. We also purchased the Furniture Protection Plan. BEWARE! This plan is NOT GOOD and you get MORE DENIALS when the furniture is soiled. The furniture after 2 years is getting aged. I should have known better, but it is what it is. I probably would NOT buy Ashley furniture in the future but it is a decent price for average furniture. The protection plan? SAVE YOUR MONEY! I repeat SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is the second bad experience we had at Mattress Brothers, it is my fault for being gullible enough to purchase from them again. I went to their ******** store in Oklahoma City to buy a recliner. The one I wanted wasn't 'in stock'. The sales person told me that it was in transit and would probably be part of their next delivery if not, within the week. Worst business dealing ever! Pay attention to the reviews concerning beds. Frames and mattresses. If you read the fine print on back of sales document it tells you adjustable frames are a final sale. So when they tell you it's all under warranty and has 30 days to return. WRONG. Hope you make all your payments by check because they won't accept credit cards. They set you up to pay thru an app. They don't tell you it's set up on a credit card so you can't use a cc to pay with. The sales girl had trouble with her computer so w... read more

I bought 2 Williams and Lawrence mattresses and 2 adjustable bases from the Mathis Brothers Sleep Center in Moore OK. No mention was made that the mattress warranty is voided by the bending that the adjustable base does. Our mattresses have a bend in the middle now and Mathis says it has to be over 1.5 inches before they can do anything. I called the store on July 21 and the salesman said there is no issue with using the mattresses with the adjustable base. I would not recommend that you buy from Mathis Brothers especially mattresses. I bought right at $40,000 worth of furniture from them about a month ago and when it came time for us to pick the mattresses out for the master bed we were told the split mattresses might be a good fit for us. Though we were a bit apprehensive about the split situation we were assured we could swap them if we didn't like them after 30 days. I bought a rug for $400.00 and its defective , and Mathis bros would not take it back or repair the rug its falling apart , I will never shop at Mathis Bros ever they have very bad customer service , Horrrible rugs and Furniture , Mathis bros will not guarantee your purchase , dont shop you will retreat it .<br /> <br /> <br />

It's HORRIBLE. I ordered a mattress, adjustable base and some accessories at Mathis Brothers in ****** on Sunday. After paid in full, I realized that I wanted to cancel my order. terrible, went to a beautiful showroom in ****** where i found $2,000 worth of chairs i needed. Unfortunately, unlike most stores you can't have what they show up as they DO NOT STOCK ANYTHING< thus you are forced to pay a fee for a delivery. Next they promise delivery in five days,, its now been three weeks and i still dont have my chairs,, they got my money but i have no chairs.
