Worse experience I've ever had buying from Mathis Brothers. We purchased a sectional. *********************** off our sectional was suppose to be delivered to the store for pick-up with in 7 days. It took 3 weeks for them to get delivered, and I believe if I won't have called them they wouldn't have called me to let me know anything. Secondly when we got our couches and they smelled as if someone vomit on one of the arm rests and the cushion next to it. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your sectional. If there is a mechanism issue or if they parts aren't lining up correctly, we can have a tech check it out. The manufacturer warranty is 1 year. If you just received this, we do have a 7 day return policy. I cannot find an account under the name or email address given. I have had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!!!!! I have REPEATEDLY requested for you to cancel my membership, but I get passed around from agent to agent, misgendered, and constantly denied the ability to speak with a manager despite many, many, many requests and attempts. I am getting ready to *** yall and have already left a horrible review. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP NOW!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!

Awful experience!! We just moved to town and I purchased over $2,000 worth of furniture for my children's bedrooms. They gave me a delivery date in the store and the next day, they pushed it back by a few days. When they delivered my furniture, I was missing a entire dresser! The store rep told me it should've come with the rest of the items and gave me a customer service number which I called to find out what has happened. I bought a entertainment center, hutch, couch, loveseat, and recliner. They held it in store for us for a month while our house was being built. The day they were suppose to deliver the hitch was broken. So they said they would bring a new one next week. Came back next week with a new couch instead of the hutch. We call to explain nothing wrong with couches. We need the hutch. They again come back next week with a COUCH???? We will never do business with Mathis again,ever!! We bought a ********** recliner in October, the metal springs were defective and tore the lining under the seat cushion causing it to sag. We paid Mathis to pick it up for repair,months later it was finally returned after we were told it was lost, it was Returned with the lining not attached to frame, we immediately sent it back and spoke to 2 customer service reps who assured us it would be repaired properly. Beware with salespersons and make sure they explain warranties they will tell you anything just to sell more and customer service won't even help you including corporate its all about selling for them I won't ever go back. I am a senior citizen, Jan. 14 2022 my adult daughter and I were at Mathis Brothers furniture, ***** **. to purchase a chair for her. the salesman greeted us at the door, we advised him of what we were seeking. After showing us around we asked to see the clearance section. We found what we wanted there. I have purchased many items from Mathis Brothers, but this latest experience has changed that. I purchased furniture on their 12 month zero finance charges that they float through *************** My last payment was due in ****** i just called to verify the final amount due and my $531 balance turned into $1288. All interest accrued on the original amount was applied at *****%. Should I have been watching it like a hawk?
