We bought the premium furniture protection plan for our ***************************** sectional and 3 years into the plan, I filed a claim due to stains from my child throwing up on the couch twice in one day. After a month of going back and forth with them, they denied the claim because it was an accumulation of stains and that isnt covered. I understand, but anyone who has had a 3 yo throw up knows they dont just throw up in one spot it goes everywhere and it was twice in one day. They didnt care and would not cover it. Of... read more

Received a piece of defective furniture that could not be assembled. Reached out to customer service after being hung up on twice just to be told a technician has to come inspect the item. They scheduled two weeks out. I tried explaining that theres nothing that can be done without damaging the item. I was also told that I cant return the item and an exchange could take a few months. A few months ago I had left a negative review regarding a bedroom suite with a nightstand that did not match. After leaving the review someone from Mathis Brothers reached out to me (*****) He was very sweet and acted as he genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to make it right. He stuck to his word and I was able to swap out my bedroom's furniture for something different that matched. I bought a set of bed facilities, and my parents signed for me, but when I saw them, I wanted to replace them with a larger size, so I applied for a replacement, even though they were brand new, even if they were only placed for a day, they still refused to return them, because they have their stupid policy that is only considered for the company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a couch that arrived damaged. Spoke to a lady 30 minutes after delivery and told her it arrived damaged. She said I would be called back for a resolution. I spent a week trying to get someone to call me back and speak with me. When I finally got someone to talk to, I spent 2 hours on the phone, spoke with 7 different people, was accused of lying about the couch being damaged at delivery because it hadn't been noted in my account. I honestly cannot understand the young manager. My father is on hospice and is getting weaker by the day. This morning, my Dad tried to get into his bed, which is tall, and he started to fall and slide off the bed. I was able to run over and catch him and get him back into bed. I immediately went online and ordered a king size bunky board set from Mathis Home. My mom paid for it from my cell phone so I had the sale information on my cell phone. For what its worth. My feedback to ***************** over Mathis bros.:I don't like to be pushed. They somehow knew how to listen and respond appropriately- nothing I have ever experienced at Mathis Bros. The other thing I loved about ***************** is seeing how well the employees got along and supported one another. Every time I went to Mathis Brothers I was told who could sell what in which room. It was commission centered and a complete annoyance to me. Mathis Brothers gave us bed bugs we have been fighting them for over 3 years and they refuse to help. I have never had bed bug until I bought a bed from them 3 years ago what coincidences huh! I made a claim and the woman that was saposed to help me treats me like she's a lawyer and I'm on trial. Purched a ******* Rocker recliner on 10/19/22, we also perched extended 5 year warranty for $59.99. On 6/27/ we call Mathis that our recliner was tilling to one side and making noises every time we reclined. When we called Mathis we where told that we had to report any issues with in 30 days?We where given a Claim #****** Why would they sell us a 5 year warranty and not cover an issue with in the first ye
