The associates and some managers are great. Today I saw the store manager for the first time going there. Unfortunately, it wasn’t not on the best of terms. I went to the Ontario store. Purchased 20k worth of furniture 6weeks ago and have only received half. 3 pieces were sent back due to damage upon delivery. Our two couches and love seat were put together with 3 custom pillows and they still can not tell me when we will get them. They currently have 10units in stock and refuse to deliver them. Paid over $600 for 5 years warranty on the sofa set that we bought for almost $10,000 total last 5/09/2021. Started having with the leather peeling and seat sinking on the sofa. Called Mathis Brothers and they won't fix the problems mentioned due to the warranty exclusion that you must report the problem to them within 30 days upon discovering of the problem. On April 7th, I purchased some furniture from this store, including three TEMPUR mattresses: King size, Queen size, and Full size. After the mattresses were delivered on April 12th, my children and I noticed that the Queen size mattress was significantly softer than the others. Salespeople only acknowledge you if you are buying something. Other then that they are rude. They don't LISTEN to measurements or design, just keep walking you around the store, showing you items you are not interested in. We bought a Reclining loveseat with warranty, of course it didn't last long. Made the call to exchange it (which was not easy). Finally got a sales person that helped me find something online. I wish zero stars was an option. My mother and I went in and each purchased adjustable beds. I also purchased furniture for the patio, dining room, and kitchen area. We spent almost $20,000 between the both of us. When purchasing our beds we were told if we had any issues they could be returned for another bed. I think it's called comfort fit. It takes time for our bodies to adjust to new mattresses. Many customers feel it during the first week or so, but as time goes on, our bodies adjust to the mattress. I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Mathis Brothers regarding a sectional sofa purchase. We were assured the sofa was new, but upon delivery, it turned out to be used and stained.
