On 10/19/25, I purchased a chandelier on clearance at ************ and was informed that it would be ready for pick up the next day 10/20. I specifically asked if the item would be wrapped, as I live 1.5 hours away. The sales manager assured me that it would be wrapped and confirmed that it would fit in my minivan. After driving an hour and a half to the store, I was shocked to find the chandelier still hanging on display, unwrapped. Terrible experience. Management would not work with us to expedite a warranty repair for my father who is disabled and uses a lift chair. The chair was defective and broke within 30 days through no fault of his. The only option that was provided is for us to pick up the chair ourselves or to wait another week for it to be delivered.
I purchased a recliner on 9/4/25 and also purchased the membership so I could get free delivery. I was told delivery would be on 9/11 and the salesman and delivery would call me the day before to confirm. I received no call nor delivery. I called to find out about delivery and it was never scheduled. I spoke to manager and they offered to send chair out on delivery but not sure when. If I could give this business a zero stars I would. This was my first adult purchase, and I wont lie Ive seen a lot of scummy services praying on a younger consumer. They make sure to hide things in the fine print, but *** never had a business blatantly lie. Now I understand the return policy would be different on a mattress, however I would expect this policy to be written or at least mentioned. I am writing this review with extreme disappointment. After what I thought was a very positive experience, much to my dissatisfaction this does not end well. I purchased a sleeper sofa this past week which was listed for $1500 on the showroom floor. Great, after more information the sales person told me the price was actually $2100 and the listed price was member pricing only. Great, I will become a member for $139. ordered this set in July I paid for them to set it up they came out in August and I was notified that the delivery people messed up my footboard and I had to order another one I was told it would take about 3 to 5 days I agreed so I ask them could we go ahead and set up the rest of furniture at that time I was told they didn't have a drill so they left the peices and said they would be back now here it is Sept 20 and they brought my peices out now they said they forgot some different peices this is very unprofessional and wh... read more
The delivery drivers came to deliver my sofa today. While taking a piece of the sectional out the truck I noticed it was torn. After seeing that tear I started inspecting the other pieces and noticed that there was several tears. Once I addressed the tears I was informed that I could either keep it until they delivered a new one or reject it. I asked how long would it take to receive the new one.
