Ordered a La-Z-Boy chair on 7/28/2020 and was told 8 weeks before delivery since custom order. No problem, I understand that. This is not a cheap chair and I expected a quality chair since it is La-Z-Boy. Well finally it was delivered on 9/24/2020 to my garage for me to setup. This is a swivel chair that had a detached bottom so I needed bolts to put the chair together. NO BOLTS - nothing in the box other than the two chair parts. Mathis Brothers has ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS of honoring their 10 year warranty on your mattress!

Loretta - We will absolutely honor any and all warranty claims. We have to by law! There are stipulations to honoring a claim. The mattress has to show a dip of 1.5 inches or more, it must be stain free and warranty paperwork must be filled out. The manufacturers require a dip of at least 1.5 inches because the top layer of foam naturally compresses over time up to an inch. Please let us know how we can help further. Thanks!
Poor customer service. They gave me the wrong Coffee table ... I have two of the same.. i’m still waiting for my coffee table. It’s not quality furniture. I bought a sectional and the arms aren’t padded. You can feel the cardboard bouncing back-and-forth. The cushions were 2 inches off. I spoke to the managers — they said they’d replace it with another. I waited five months for it.... Nonetheless the second one does the same. They refused to just let me get a different section.

This store has one of the worst customer service departments when it comes to warranty work. We have waited almost 2 months for a repair and the parts haven’t even been shipped. No one has initiated contact from the store, it is always me who has to call and ask for the status. When we initiated the claim we emailed pictures in and didn’t hear anything for a week. The 10yr warranty and mattress cover that they up sale you is a waist of money! I’ve been told by multiple people in there company that my mattress should be replace. But I was told by the regional manager “that he doesn’t want to replace the mattress because it would hurt his stores bottom line” not only that I Cant get him to answer his phone or get a response from him. My experience started when I gave $700+ to Mathis Bros. by purchasing a kids bunk bed. My experience is ending with having incomplete pieces to a bunk bed, having my children sleeping on the floor, being told there is nothing that can be done, and having to wait over a month for the resolution. I am highly disappointed in your customer service. I purchased a living room set on May 23rd to have it delivered on May 30th. The delivery date moved to June 13th. The 13th came and went and I was told June 15th. The 15th came, then I was told June 21st. The 21st came and went and the new ETA turned into the end of July. GUESS WHAT? This is one of the frustrating experiences of my life! I purchased an entire condo of furniture from Mathis Brothers, at both of their locations in California. Almost every piece of furniture came damaged. My couches and bedroom set were replaced. I’m still working on three coffee tables and a bookcase.
