I wish I would have read customer reviews before buying. Can someone please tell me how you can have a 1 star review but have an A+ rating? ****** made us wait for our furniture. Not their fault ***** times, but when you try and give me a used couch when I clearly paid for a new one \x93 shame on you\x94. Damaged our house during delivery. I have two video doorbell pictures. One shows the delivery guy doing the damage, the other shows the two delivery guys talking about the damage. Called ****** Brothers customer service they filled out a risk management form. Risk management called the next day and said the owner of the delivery company would come look at damage on two weeks...been three weeks now...I call everyday...always told they sent an email and I will receive a call by end of day....never happens.
If there was a 0 rating I would use that but 1 was the lowest option. Absolute worst company to work with. Ordered a full bedroom set back in August. We got the mattress which was ripped on the bottom, our salesperson Jasmine told us to keep it and we will get it replaced the following day. The next day we were told we could either keep the mattress or they would give us a 5% discount on a $6000 mattress. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if I had an option! We bought 4 recliners on 8/20/2020. Two were delivered on 8/23/2020. We ordered swivel bases to be installed on them. The incorrect bases were ordered and when they delivered the last 2 recliners they attempted to install the incorrect base and broke one of the recliners. It took another month to get a new chair for the one that their installers broke. They have come out numerous times to install the swivel bases and wide bases were being continually sent out. I wanted to make a purchase of an item I saw in the Irvine, CA store last week. Tried to call the salesperson to see if still available. Unable to call the store. Four different numbers all go to a call center. Two of those representatives tried to call the store internally - no answer. My 5th call went to Oklahoma's Customer Service. They told me the Irvine CA customer service is closed today (a Wednesday, mid-day). No way to get through to the store. Obviously they do not want anyone's business; Taking mine elsewhere.

We had the worst experience with Mathis... we were asked in August to put a 10% deposit down because of the COVID and lack of inventory... we did that only to have the sofa and love seat sold out from under us... Jacob was the sales man and when asked about it he said we had to speak to Ryan... we spoke to Ryan only for the Expedia ce to go south for a second time. On September 2nd we went to look at sectional couches. The sales associate told us that due to the covid pandemic the couches were being shipped out within 6-12 weeks. He stated that we would also get 12 months no interest and that 12 months wouldn’t start until we received our couch which is when we would start our payments.
