Can’t believe how much bad service they have. Ordered a round rug received a squared one and It’s been a big run around since. No body there seem to return any of the calls they promise to make. Or it seems like the person I’m to talk with is off or not there. Can’t believe after the years and money spent there. This is the email I sent them about their fraudulent salespersons. On 01/23/2017 I purchased a reclining sectional. The salesperson offered a "furniture protection plan" that he GUARANTEED would take care of ANY issues with the furniture for 5 years from time of purchase if I purchased it that day. So, I did. i bought a deluxe serta prodigy mattress in june 2016, trying to get the warranty honored is a joke. We have been contacting them and serta for months now .We have sent photos we have done all that and were told sorry even though we proved it defective. If you go to the serta reviews this mattress is a joke. It was discontinued due to being defective. We hate to hear that Mr. ******** is not happy with his mattress. The mattress was a floor model, so it was discounted and purchased as-is. There are no warranties on as-is mattresses. However, we still tried to help. Photos were sent to our Serta rep and there were no dips or flaws in the mattress. The warranty Serta provides stipulates that there must be a dip of at least 1.5 inches in order for the claim to be processed. Unfortunately, their claim does not qualify under the Serta warranty.
Poor customer service department Does not attempt to address concerns of customer, follow through or return calls when they say they will. Little motivation to be helpful. Basically just say “I’ll look into it and call you back”... and never call back. This shows disrespect to the customer. I am still waiting for the correct power cord to the recliner I purchased at Mathis Brothers several weeks ago.

One of our Service Managers spoke to you this weekend about getting you a cord when our next shipment comes in. Unfortunately, our stock is low on some of these items because manufacturers had to shut down for the Covid pandemic. We will follow up with you as soon as we get more information.
I wish I had come to this site before my purchase and read all of the ONE STAR reviews. I cannot believe this company has the nerve to continue to treat customers with such disrespect. Mathis Brothers refused to honor their own furniture warranty for a small sectional purchased well within the three-year required time. I had moved out of state and, rather than find a certified furniture service to fix their faulty merchandise, sent me on wild goose chases, contacting Lane and United Furniture corporate offices. I bought a clock wall fixture from Mathis brothers through one of their sale rep and she has been great! The clock is 5’ and mirror, very beautiful for my wall. The day I got it, it was not working. I notified my sale representative and she was aware and she informed me that Mathis would fix it or exchange it. I have been trying to get a simple power cord to replace mine (which is under warranty still) since April 23rd. Yes, I am aware that at this moment there is a pandemic but the service that I have received from the service center ridiculous. I have been promised over and over that I would receive calls back yet no one does. I have been told at least 3 times that the cord was put in the mail to me. On May 11 2018, I went to the ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA Mathis Brothers Location located on 4105 Inland Empire Blvd, Ontario, CA 91764 and talked to Sales Associate, Ken/Kirit Desai after hearing advertisements on TV saying they had the best furniture. My wife and I told Ken Desai we did not want a bargain but only the best in quality and appearance.
