Highly upset with ****** brothers! I purchased a bedroom suite in July of 2020 and it is now March of 2021 and I still dont have the bedroom suite. Every month I have been lied to about when it is coming. Every month I have to reach out to them and ask the status, no one ever reached out to me. Just last month they told me a total of 20 sets are coming in for that specific bedroom suite so I should for sure get mine, I called in February when I was supposed to get it now they told me Im number 22 in line for the bed. My wife and I bought 5k worth of furniture from these crooks. The ashly table the table top started to peel off. I contacted ********************* about getting it fixed. I sent pictures to them and phone # as they requested. ******* ok good not so I have tried to get hold of them many times they will not get back with me. I tried calling them I was hung up by 5 times. Still, trying to get this piece of junk table replaced canceled the rest of my order. September 26 2020 I bough a "dummy me" a custom made sofa I was told the estimated date of delivery was Nov 29th 2020. well that never happenedThen I was told Dec 10th it was not delivered! still waiting then. Christmas we had only a tree in the living room still waiting!! I am highly upset with your companies customer service that I received yesterday to have been spending so much money and entrusting your company with my furniture needs. I purchased a bed frame and box spring for $1100 on 2-10-2021, I attempted to purchase a mattress from the clearance section for $1,000 but was not able to due to the store closing early because of weather and I was financing, therefore I had to wait until the ****** brothers section was open the next day to come back and purchase my mattress. Bought a power chair in May 2020. ( Did you know they use different lighting in their showroom? ***** different when you get it home!) ***** broke in ******. They came out to look at it in September. February 3, 2021 I was on hold for 2 hours trying to make a payment on my order so that I could set up delivery. I hung up and called back. This time I spoke with a person who told me that a new system was in place to make things smoother for customers but that the system was wonky. She told me that only two people were able to process payments/refunds. She then put me on hold again. I hung up again and called customer service. January 5, 2021Dear ****** Brothers, ********** am writing this letter, because, I am just without words I purchased the warranty with my sofa, and am in need of service for these sofas. I started this journey, and yes its been a journey, to seek repairs for both my sofas. Customer service is horrible. I have been dealing with them on a defective table I purchased from them in April 2019.Not one time did they return my call. After horrible repair process three times, and replacement twice, over the period of almost two years I finally received a credit to replace. I have had to physically go to ***** store, dealt with customer service, supervisors and three managers. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years, I cannot believe how awful we have been treated.

I brought my recliner in for warranty repairs. The chair has already been replaced once. They have had my chair since August and there is no time frame as to when it will be done. I have called several times and no one can provide any information. 7 plus months to repair broken furniture is absurd.

We agree that it is a long time to wait and we apologize. We had to wait for Lane to get us the part. We notified Ms. ******* on 1/20 that we received the part and are making the repair. We will notify her when it is complete and we are ready to deliver it back.
