My husband and I found the perfect set of furniture for our new home back in August at the Springdale Arkansas Mathis Brothers location. We purchased the couch, loveseat, and recliner. The set was Simmons TopGun Saddle power. We had gone in a couple times to look at it still trying to make up our mind. I purchased two bedroom sets August 31 of this year. One of the bedroom sets was delivered damaged and the rails to one of the beds was missing. I contacted their sales office and they switched out the damaged set. However it’s been two months, have spoken to two different managers and till today October 5th, I have not received the rails to my bed. I purchased a dining room table from Mathis Brothers in Ontario, CA on 9/15/2019. My table was delivered same day. However, the chair was damage and so was the table. The delivery guy knew there was something wrong and we talked to the dispatcher and they stated I needed to speak with the customer service representative Angela and she stated I would receive a call in 72 hours to reschedule a delivery with a new delivery date. paid cash for a sectional that we had to wait a month for, just to have the wrong thing delivered to the house. refused delivery and sent it back, was told that it would take two weeks to get the replacement (right thing) in from OK and was given a $50 in store credit, only to be told that the wrong thing was sent again and it would be another week to get what we already paid for. finally got them to agree to deliver it two days sooner (if its the right thing this time). still think $50 is a slap in the face. this whole thin... read more

Went in with the exact name of Ashley product bedroom pieces that I wanted. They were not on the floor but the sales person found them online and made a call to have them ordered for me. The person on the other line gave him a much cheaper price than what the website was showing and the salesperson told me they must be on sale because they were going to stop making them. They actually get negative stars. I bought an Acadia 381001 King Size Mattress along with Adjustable Base for almost $3,000.(Mathis Brothers Indio,CA) This mattress is totally warped within 2 years. Mathis Brothers will not stand behind their product. I already need a new mattress. I was told by Kerry ****** from Lady Americana that my warranty claim was no good because my bed was not warped to their specifications of an inch & a half. Matthew - We are very sorry to hear that you are having issues with your mattress. Most mattresses today have a layer of foam on top. It is natural for the foam to give a little over time. We do stand behind our warranties. The Lady Americana warranty states there must be an indention of at least 1.5 inches in order for a claim to be processed. I have tried to locate my original review made late July or early August so that I could update it and I cannot find it do will do another one. (Judy *****). Basically it was about my 98 year old MIL in hospice’s Lazy Boy lift chair. It quit working and was picked up mid July and told it would take about 3 weeks and there was nothing they could do about a loaner or getting it quicker. Mathis Brothers is not interested in customer satisfaction; they are only interested in their customers money! We purchased a custom made sectional sofa for our new home. When we picked the sectional up, no inspections were performed by Mathis Brothers to insure that the sofa met the specifications required by the custom order.
