RecommendedI have had exclusive medical care at this facility since 2001. I have no complaints with any of the doctors and nurses. I have had surgeries there not to mention, diabetes, foot, infectious disease, eye, primary care, and ER care. Most to me has been extraordinary care. (There is much negative publicity about VA care) but I haven't found any at the Martinsburg WV VA. Thanks Everyone!!!
The Orthopedic Clinic: Dr. Avioli performed a successful total knee replacement on my right knee on 9/4/18. His staff to include PA Nacole and Nurse Assistant (I think is her title) Michelle have been wonderful. I spend 8 days as an inpatient after the surgery and got excellent care. (The food was even really good.) Post op physical therapy with Kristen (who is under Toby) has been very effective and has helped my knee get back to normal. This hospital has taken care of me very well since leaving the Marines. The staff has always shown interest in my care whether it be the mental health office or yearly checkup. Thank you all for serving us who served.
