I am not sure how you have 4 Stars. You’re care is atrocious!! All you talk about is how you are overworked and how you have not enough staff. You’re doctors don’t read notes and are lazy. You let people I sit there and rot. It’s sad that you have no compassion to the people that have served this country. One of the best VA facilities around!We always were treated nice,never had to wait,they helped where they could!I wish it wasn't just for my husband,because unite frankly our regular hospital here in Cumberland can learn a lot form this VA hospital!
I had to go to the ER this morning and despite being in quite a lot of pain, I had an extremely pleasant experience. All staff members were genuinely caring and very helpful. Great job Martinsburg VAMC!
