I have been very pleased with the care at the Martinsburg VA. I get timely appointments when I want them. The providers are on time. Love the mail order pharmacy. And the providers have all been very caring.
I have only gotten good service here..I have used many different deptments and all were great.
I have received medical care here since 2001. Dr. Avioli did a great job on my knee surgery on 10/3/17. I can't say enough good things! I love the swimming pool, arts and crafts, and bowling alley there.
Y’all are the lowest of the low for not taking care of our veterans and elderly people properly. You don’t deserve to be working !! Let me take your job and show you how it’s done ! I don’t know how y’all have 4 stars , I wish there were -0 stars to give y’all! They are people, so treat them they way you want to be treated .
In my opinion the VAMC at Martinsburg, WV. is the best medical center around this area for us veterans, I told my Wife that if I ever need care and can't get in the VAMC at Martinsburg, don't take me to any other VAMC unless I am already dead, Although I never been to the VAMC in Baltimore, I have been to the one down in DC and it sucks in my opinion, So I imagine Baltimore is just as bad as the one in DC.
I have been utilizing the Martinsburg VA facility for over 25 years, and the only complaints I have would be with the Administrative side of the facility. They have these nice TVs in all the waiting areas, but some areas have access to cable channels (usually have the news on, which is more than fine); but other areas only have the "in-house" tape feed.
