I was on hold for an hour and 40 minutes to reschedule an appointment for my Dad and after that wait, I get a message they are experiencing phone problems. No! You are experiencing customer service problems!
I would like to thank the Doctors and ALL of the outstanding nurses for making my unwanted stay at the hospital as comfortable and pleasant as they could possibly make it.they are all the BEST!!!
I've had nothing but good experiences with the VA in general and with Martinsburg VA Hospital specifically. I've had open heart surgery (in DC) prostate surgery, tons of good care at my CBOC with Dr. Feshami and Dr, King as well as their support staff. Appointments are easy to get and waiting is minimal. Im truly sorry that some have had poor experiences but perhaps they are the exception rather than the rule. The ratings at the top of this page would seem to indicate that.
Have dealt wioth a number of the folks and have nothing but Bravo Zulu to all. They have the same problem as any form of socialized medicine which is under funding but the folks who work clinic there are top notch. Also the Fort Detrick clinic.
