No, cannot recommend them, the VA bus did NOT show up AGAIN to transport Veterans from Petersburg, McDonalds to Martinsburg for appointments. Name was put down to be transported, they did NOT even call to let us know. This has happened multiple times in past also.

Great doctors and workers for the veterans
Hundreds of rooms.... For what? Plenty of nurses who lack any real knowledge. Seriously had a nurse GOOGLE information about a condition and say "See it says if we try this, it might work." Also"Feel that knot there? That's why it hurts there." But the pain was on the other side... Long story short, every meme you've ever seen, anything bad you've heard about the VA.... This is the place.
The whole experience is so wonderful...great folks, very welcoming, and have never had a bad experience here! Well, maybe the coffee and sodas are a bit expensive...but hey! Thanks to all the fine folks there and the great vets! I am one of y'all!
I love it here. The staff here is second to none, they are always smiley. They take their time with you, makes you feel like you are their only patient for the day. They honest to God CARE! From Mr.Tim Cook, doctors, nurses, assist nurses, PT, ortho, eyes, ears, counsellors, all of the other special people(too many list), and to all the volunteer staff, they all are what makes Martinsburg VAMC THE BEST! I'm honored to be able to volunteer with such a fantastic group of people.
