They have always taking care of me , sometimes the pharmacy line is crazy but other then that great staff I can only speak for the OEF/ OIF clinic

I started going to the VA in Washington DC and switched to Martinsburg WV. It is like night and day. Everyone that works in Martinsburg are so professional and helpful. I thank god for all they have and continue to do for me

Of all the VA facilities, and all the civilian medical facilities I've been to, this place is the worst I've ever experienced. This facilities employees (20% of them) and there administration staff, are the worst of people I've ever dealt with. You deny medical and mental health to the very veterans that need it the most.
